Nature Awareness Days

A day to pause, connect, and awaken your natural senses.

Spending time in nature, away from technology, gives us time to reflect on what’s important. Many of the answers can be found in the natural world. We provide a space for people to regain their sense of ‘being’ through carefully guided activities and time just ‘to be’.

Location and accessibility

The nature awareness day is held in a private wood between Gloucester and Ross-on-Wye. Please note the wood is uneven under foot and there will be walking involved.

These days can also be arranged for team-activity days or for groups of friends.

Sample structure of the day

09:15 - Arrive (for a 10:00 start)

10:00 - Begin with a hot drink and introductions around the campfire. We each choose our intention for the day

Morning - Choose a couple of activities to focus on

Midday - Meet for a shared lunch

Afternoon - Further choice of activities, including setting up and relaxing in a hammock

15:45 - Meet back as a group for tea and cake and to review the day

16:30 - Departure
