Woodland Days
Return to yourself
Quiet reflection, nature connection, and meaningful conversation in Bluebell Wood.
Sometimes a single day away can open a new chapter. A Woodland Day is not a workshop, nor a programme with exercises to complete. It is a pause. A reset. A reconnection with yourself, held in the stillness of the woods.
You may come with a question, a turning point, or simply a quiet longing for more. Retirement, relationships, work, identity — whatever is stirring will find space here.
What to expect
Arrival
Tea and gentle conversation to name what brings you here
Solo time
Hours to wander, journal, rest in a hammock, or follow a simple nature practice
Gathering again
Time to share what has surfaced, if you wish, and to explore its meaning together
Closing
A final cup of tea, carrying away a sense of what’s next
Why the woods?
Nature offers a mirror for change. In the quiet of the trees, it becomes easier to listen — to what is ending, to what is ready to begin. My role is simply to hold the space, listen closely, and help you make meaning of what unfolds.
Practicalities
Held in private woodland near Gloucester / Ross-on-Wye

This is not about performance, but about presence. A day to step away from obligations, breathe deeply, and return to yourself.
