Woodland Days

A quiet day to pause and listen

Quiet reflection, time in nature, and meaningful conversation in Bluebell Wood.

Sometimes a single day away is enough to create movement. A Woodland Day is not a workshop, and there is nothing to perform or complete. It is time set aside for quiet reflection, gentle conversation, and unstructured time in the woods.

You may arrive with a question, a sense of unease, or simply a wish to slow down. Whatever you bring, there is space for it here.

Woodland

What to expect

Arrival

Tea and gentle conversation to settle in and name what has brought you here.

Time alone

Unhurried hours to wander, rest, journal, or follow a simple nature-based practice.

Coming back together

An invitation to share what has emerged, if you wish, and to explore its meaning.

Closing

A final pause before leaving, carrying a clearer sense of what feels important now.

The role of the wood

Nature offers a different pace and a quieter mirror. In the stillness of the trees, it often becomes easier to listen to what is ending, what is unresolved, and what may be ready to begin.

My role is to hold the space with care, listen closely, and help you make sense of what unfolds.
