Have you ever sensed that part of you already holds the wisdom you’re looking for? Deep Imagery offers a gentle yet powerful way to explore your inner world. Guided by your own imagination, you may meet inner companions — often in animal form — who bring insight, healing, and guidance.
Unlike guided visualisation, where the facilitator sets the path, Deep Imagery allows you to follow your own images. My role is to support you in going deeper, listening carefully, and helping you make sense of what arises.

What to expect
Settling into a relaxed, quiet state where your imagination can unfold
Encounters with inner guides who help you explore relationships, choices, or parts of yourself seeking attention
Optional exploration of “chakra animals” over a series, creating a council of guides for dialogue and insight
Practicalities
Sessions last around 60 minutes (online or in person)
Introductory session recommended if you are new
Suitable as a standalone practice or alongside coaching
