What to expect
Format
Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon (two nights)
Setting
Private woodland, simple facilities, wild camping (tarp or small tent)
Rhythm
Shared meals, guided practices, and generous unstructured time
Support
I hold the container gently, allowing space for silence, reflection, and conversation as needed
Bespoke retreats
Retreats can be adapted for individuals or small groups. Options include extending your stay or adding a 24-hour solo time.
About your guide
I bring over three decades of experience as a psychologist, alongside extensive training in rites-of-passage and nature-based work. I was apprenticed by David Wendel Berry, who introduced Vision Quest work to the UK, and I continue to support his work.
My approach is grounded, careful, and respectful of the traditions that shape this practice. I work primarily with people in midlife and later life, supporting moments of transition, reflection, and reorientation.
